The guides and pages give general background on rodents and how they are handled. They are not medical, legal or structural advice and cannot take the place of an on-site inspection.
Estimates and arrival times.
A walk-through produces a written price in which sealing, cleanup and repair each get their own line. How soon we can arrive turns on the calendar and the drive, and the dispatcher states a window while you are on the line. Nothing beyond what is said on the call is guaranteed.
What results to expect.
Rodent pressure depends on things we cannot control, including neighboring lots, plantings and weather. Each visit does what we describe, and we cannot promise that animals will never come back.
Safety and health.
Please heed the safety notes printed on each page and the ones at the linked CDC and EPA sites. After possible contact with droppings, anyone who feels unwell should see a doctor.
